Much of Marx's secularization thesis is convincing. Most effectively, Marx describes secularization as the process of transforming theological questions into political ones. The space for civil society that this secularization narrative carves out does not assume or predict a decrease in religiosity. By allowing room for religious citizens in a politically secular state, Marx explains why America remains so religious. However, the shift to the higher, fuller level of emancipation undermines Marx's overall project by dipping back into politically theological thought. After transforming 'theological questions into political ones,' human emancipation reneges on this trajectory and morphs the political constellation between the state and civil society back into a theological one between the sacred and profane. The key characteristic of the sacred and the profane is, according to Émile Durkheim that they 'have always and everywhere been conceived by the human mind as separate genera, as two worlds that have nothing in common' (The Elementary Forms of Religious Life 38). By incorporating this theological antagonism between sa-cred and the profane, Marx creates a chasm between the state and civil society, wherein the two spheres operate under two sets of incompatible values.

Продуктивные образы фан-тазий, интуитивное виденье идей, озарение и догадки, не детерминированные влиянием других элементов, задают направление творческого поиска. По мне-нию П. Вайнцвайга, интуиция есть 'прямым, моментальным знанием без вне-дрения логики, концептуализации или какой-нибудь другой формы разумной деятельности' [Вайнцвайг, 1990: с.143]. Поскольку в интуиции происходит по-нимание несознательного или наполовину сознательного восприятия, то она, по мнению исследователя, демонстрирует неограниченные возможности подсозна-тельно воспринимать, сохранять, обрабатывать информацию со скоростью, ко-торая не мыслиться даже для наиболее мощного компьютера [Вайнцвайг, 1990: с.144]. Сфера бессознательного как стихия биологических сил обеспечивают че-ловеку выход за границы логического мышления, таким образом, продуцирует неожиданное 'озарение'. По мнению А. Горелова, 'основная часть творческого процесса - это озарение, свет который проливается самим человеком, духовной энергией, которая своеобразным способом создается в ее телесной субстанции' [Горелов, 2011: с.163]. Озарение, творческая интуиция, инсайт становятся воз-можными благодаря процессу самовыстраивания. В этом процессе происходит дополнение тех звеньев и недостающих элементов, которые помогают создать целостной образ, 'наводить мосты' между отдельными движениями мысли, чув-ствами и эмоциями, которые позволяют создать 'единство в многообразии' и т.д. Важную роль в этом процессе играют незначительные детали, несущественные нюансы. Именно они способны продемонстрировать новые и оригинальные связи между обыкновенными явлениями и объектами. При этом они требуют на периферии внимания или имеют скрытый характер, тем не менее, рождая продуктивные ассоциации, которые определяют новое целостное видение, что, как правило, становится ключом к открытию. Анализируя самовыстраивание как механизм работы интуиции, Е. Князева считает, что целое возникает в форме об-раза. Оно чувствуется, а не мыслиться! И это чувство целого обусловлено в твор-честве [Князева, 2011: с.12]. Интуитивный, образный и целостный процесс само-выстраивания отражает способность решать проблему во всей ее полноте. Isaacs - senior researcher, Stellenbosch University, (Stel-lenbosch, South Africa) E-mail: tray_236@hotmail.com It is a serious allegation to suggest that through perpetuating inequality in a society, we violate students' rights, particularly the inalienable and unassailable right of human dignity. By infringing upon human dignity, we unleash the potential to tolerate poverty and unemployment, we transgress language and religious rights, and we accommodate inequality. In this context, it becomes apparent to ask the question: How could students utilize critical agency to mitigate the effects of capitalist hegemony and ideology, to bring a measure of equality in a South Africa classroom, community and society? This research question serves to highlight the plight of disadvantaged and marginal students in the schooling system as they are the most vulnerable and threatened participants in the schooling experience, whose human rights are brought into question every time they encounter the schooling situation. These students often have to contend with sub par realities in the dimensions of education resourcing and educational achievement which further marginalize them in society.

Перечисленные процессы вызвали негативные тенденции в развитии как учащихся, так и педагогов.
